ISACA Perth Annual Conference 20 October 2010 - Call for Abstracts

The ISACA Perth Chapter's annual conference will be held on 20 October 2010 at the Technology Park Bentley WA.

The Conference Organising Committee is looking for dynamic professionals and subject matter experts to be a part of this year’s conference and to present on a wide range of hot topics. Click here to download the Call for Abstracts Kit. The deadline for abstracts is 9 July 2010.

The theme of the conference this year is entitled “Change for Growth”. The theme reflects the current economic environment and looks to offer opportunity, ingenuity and inspiration in maximising the benefit of IT in generating business ideas and capacity.

The program the ISACA Board is presently putting together is aiming to mirror these. Suggested topic areas include, but are not limited to:

• Online Privacy 
• Cloud Computing 
• Risk Management 
• Business Intelligence 
• Investment Optimisation 
• Portfolio Management

The purpose of the abstract is to define the precise subject of the presentation. No acknowledgements, figures or references should be included. The Organising Committee will evaluate the abstract for content, relevance, and in the context of achieving the theme for the Conference.
